Terms and Conditions


1. Validity

The rates provided are applicable exclusively for Indian nationals, unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation.

2. Quotation and Reservations

All quotations are provided subject to availability and do not guarantee confirmed reservations for airlines, transport, or hotels.

Upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the advance deposit (via cheque or cash), the booking process will be initiated.

If we are unable to confirm the requested services, the deposited amount will be refunded in full.

Prices are not fixed and may vary based on hotel occupancy, vehicle availability, or other operational factors. Prices are subject to change until all services are fully confirmed.

3. Hotel Accommodation

Room reservations will be made in the base category unless a higher or specific category is requested and mentioned in the quotation.

If the preferred hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel or a higher category accommodation will be arranged. Any additional cost incurred will be borne by the guest.

Extra bed or mattress will be provided as per hotel policy. A mattress provided in place of a bed will be considered an extra bed.

4. Air Ticket Amendments & Cancellations

Any date change in air tickets will be treated as a cancellation.

New tickets will be issued based on the prevailing fare at the time of rebooking.

Airline cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the respective airline’s policy.

5. Amendments in Tour Plan

Any request for changes to the travel date or itinerary must be submitted in writing.

Amendments are subject to availability and fresh confirmation.

If changes result in cancellation of existing services, cancellation charges will apply as per the policy.

6. Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for any unused services during the tour. The utilization of services is at the guest’s discretion.

7. Identification Documents

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport for international travel) for verification at airports and hotels.

PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID for this purpose.

8. Hotel Policies

Standard Check-in Time: 02:00 PM - AND - Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

The number of meals, including breakfast, will correspond to the number of nights booked.

Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.

Charges for early check-in or late check-out (if applicable) must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel.
