A 50% deposit of the total land package cost is required to initiate the booking process.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 20 days prior to the travel date.
Full payment (100%) of the total flight cost is required at the time of booking.
In the event of any fare increases or changes imposed by the airline, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Full payment (100%) of the total train fare is required to confirm the booking.
If the customer cancels the package for any reason, the company will process the refund within 25 to 50 working days, after deducting 15% cancellation charges and applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
In the event that the company cancels the trip due to unavoidable circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued within 15 to 25 working days.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on fluctuations in the cost components of the trip.
If the customer cancels a flight, cancellation charges will apply as per the respective airline’s policy.
If the customer cancels hotel bookings, cancellation charges will apply according to the respective hotel’s cancellation policy
